NEW BOOKINGS AND BUSINESS MANAGEMENT SYSTEM IMPLEMENTED

Citi Hopper has implemented a Booking and Business Managemement system to improve service delivery to their valued client base. This will add value to the traveller's experience when they arrive at the Cape Town International Airport and make use of Citi Hopper's services.

The implementation of this system will be most noticeable by the travellers when they first receive sms communication from Citi Hopper upon making bookings with the Reservations Office. This will further be enhanced when, upon arrival, they will be presented not only with a printed system invoice, but also a boarding pass. The system which has been designed specifiacally for the shuttle industry will also streamline processes, improve workflow because it is easy to use and allow the friendly staff to have more time to see to our customer's needs. Always making things easier not only for you our customer, but also for our staff.
